Within this phase, the fully tested and proved intervention model can be implemented to have a wider and real impact on the lives of the young people at your school.

In order to ensure the confident and smooth delivery of the intervention at your school, a detailed implementation plan should be authored that will set out details of:

• The programme timeframe and key milestones

• The project intervention mix

• Relevant resource allocation

• How stakeholders and partners will be engaged

• How the intervention will be monitored and evaluated

The implementation plan will guide each element of the intervention, providing a timeline for action, and setting the required resources to deliver the model with the school, to change behaviours and to embed a healthy culture as it develops. Templates are available via the Resource centre.
