At defined points along the project timeline and on completion of the intervention, the project will be evaluated and key learning points captured.

An evaluation report should include wide analysis of the key criteria set out and agreed as part of the project objectives, taking into account the contributions and measures set by each stakeholder.

It is essential that this learning is shared among all stakeholders, forming the basis for further ideas and needs to inform the implementation of future interventions designed to tackle your next challenges.
